“The Spokane Greenhouse Gas Inventory is one step in identifying Spokane's part in the climate change issue.  We have been tasked to assist in the generation of, and document, a community action plan that would meet the legislative reduction goals.  We understand, that in order to succeed the plan needs to come from the community and represent your best ideas and intentions.  Please consider assisting us to this end.
